Orthotics

Comfortable, custom-fit orthotics designed to support your feet, improve alignment, and help reduce everyday strain—so you can walk, stand, and move with greater ease.

What Are Custom Orthotics?

Orthotics are shoe inserts that are made to fit the unique shape of your feet. Unlike store-bought insoles, custom orthotics are designed specifically for you. They can provide gentle support, help distribute pressure more evenly, and encourage healthy movement patterns.

Why Orthotics May Be Recommended

Dr. Scott Stallaert, Chiropractor, may recommend orthotics as part of your care if you experience:

  • Discomfort in your feet, ankles, knees, hips, or lower back

  • Uneven wear on your shoes

  • Fatigue or strain when standing or walking for long periods

Orthotics are one tool that may be used to support your overall comfort and mobility.

The Assessment and Fitting Process

During your visit, Dr. Scott will look at how you stand and walk, and assess how your feet and posture are working together. If orthotics are appropriate, a custom fitting process will be completed to create inserts that suit your needs. The goal is to provide comfort and support that fit naturally into your daily life.

Orthotics and Chiropractic Care

Orthotics are not a cure on their own, but they can work well alongside chiropractic care. By helping support your foundation, orthotics may reduce strain on joints and complement the benefits of your adjustments.
